As part of the “Pre-creation: from ideation to decision-making” program, a new meeting between experts and project leaders was held on January 28 at Pays de Gex Entreprises.

This day was aimed at project leaders in the early stages, even before they had joined a formal support program. The goal was to secure an idea, structure an action plan, and assist with decision-making, while offering an initial immersion in the Pays de Gex support ecosystem.

This meeting allowed project leaders to:

• Seek expert opinions on their ideas,
• Identify their priority needs,
• Gain a better understanding of the local resources available,
• And forge links with other economic players in the region.

The morning began with a group discussion and presentations. Each project leader was able to present their initiative and meet the experts, laying the foundations for an open, constructive, and solution-oriented dialogue.

Throughout the day, participants alternated between individual interviews and small group sessions in order to carry out a detailed assessment of their projects. These targeted discussions provided concrete answers tailored to each situation and guided the project leaders towards informed choices.

Seven experts with complementary skills were mobilized, covering key topics in the pre-creation phase:

• change management,
• proof of concept (POC),
• financial management,
• innovation financing,
• go-to-market strategy,
• industrialization,
• and innovation taxation.

Each project leader benefited from five to seven personalized interviews during the day, which was punctuated by two conferences devoted to interpersonal communication.

Beyond the technical input, these meetings allowed project leaders to take a step back, validate an action plan, and leave with renewed confidence for the rest of their journey. They also encouraged peer-to-peer exchanges, helping to create a collective dynamic and forge new links within the local economic fabric.
